If you retain nothing else, always remember the most important rule of beauty, which is: who cares?
I need to take my pants off as soon as I get home.
Confidence is 10% hard work and 90% delusion.
Some people say 'Never let them see you cry'. I say, if you're so mad you could just cry, then cry. It terrifies everyone.
Don't waste your energy trying to change opinions. Do your thing and don't care if they like it.

I got all my sisters with me!
To celebrate celeb BFFs Tina Fey and Amy Poehler’s return to the screen as a double act in ‘Sisters’ (Out Dec. 12th) we’re also celebrating the 6 types of sisters we all know and love… 1. Chalk and Cheese, complete opposites, Sensible Sally and Rowdy Rachel (Maura and Kate in Sisters) you have practically nothing in common but your love of disagreeing with each other. 2. The borrower – basically (without sounding melodramtic) she’s a wardrobe thief with a get out of jail free card ‘cause your mum taught you that sharing is caring! 3. The serial shamer - having a sister means there is ALWAYS someone to remind you of that truly embarrassing thing you once did/wore/kissed! “Remember that time….” 4. The older, been there, done that, has ALL the T-shirts sister - we love you for preparing parents for the worst to come... *eternally grateful* 5. Hey soul-sister. Ok, so she’s not blood related but you found your sister-soulmate and she’s even better than family! 6. The best friend (the one we all want to be) she knows you better than anyone else - exactly how to make you laugh (and cry!). You probably share in-jokes, favourite songs and dance routines, you’re like a bad double act!
Times Channing Gave Us Life
This glorious human turns 36 today, so let's celebrate him and all of the times he made us utterly obsessed with him. 1. Step UpThe year: 2006 (10 years ago? Vile). The acting: average AF. The cast, however... Honk honk. Well, that was it. No other guy stood a chance after we all watched this. Can you dance like a pro? Do you have beautiful blue eyes that I want to swim in and pouty lips? No? Keep walking, pal. 2. Killing it on Lip Sync BattleIf there was ever a way for us to love him more, it was going to be him doing a cover of Let It Go. Full-on Elsa outfit included. Dance, Channing. DANCE. And THEN he brings Beyoncé out. I mean, have you ever seen a man work a wind machine so well?So... I still fancy you despite you being in high-waisted shorts, a wig and a crop top? How? How is this happening? 3. Dear JohnOk so it’s not critically acclaimed but how could you not love Dear John? It has Channing, in uniform, being all broody and romantic and writing love letters and sh*t.In the film Savanna said ‘Two weeks together that’s all it took. Two weeks for me to fall in love with you’Seriously girl, what took you so long? 4. Magic Mike (obvs)Was there even a need for a script for this film? I would've happily watched this in pure silence. Anyone else get the sudden urge to withdraw multiple £5 notes and make it rain at the TV whenever this comes on? No? (Liar) 5. He's the cutest dadIf it wasn't already adorbs that him and his wife Jenna met whilst filming Step Up, they have little Everly together. She's 2 years old and such a little hun. They wear matching outfits for crying out loud. So. Many. Feeeeeeeeeeels.

All The Times Michelle Obama Gave Us Life
By Kammy KarginaiteMichelle and Barack Obama haven’t left the White House yet, but we already miss them. Michelle has been the most bossin' First Lady, not only for her killer style, sense of humour but her inspirational speeches too. So we've pulled together her best bits, the moments she quite frankly gave us life. The Carpool Karaoke Michelle joined James Corden's long list of famous faces in his popular 'Carpool Karaoke.' Showing she's just like us, it's 15 minutes of pure gold with a guest appearance from Missy Elliott. Michelle Doing Push-Ups Michelle runs a ‘Let’s Move Campaign’ to encourage people in the USA to get up, move and live a healthier, fitter lives. She has really inspired a new generation of women to seek for more and to educate themselves, to be the best they can be. When She Impersonated BarackMichelle Obama doing an amazing Barack Obama impression. Clearly Barack doesn't like taking photographs. Dancing With This LadyMichelle and Obama dancing with a 106 year old lady is the best. She just knows how to make feel people comfortable and engage with them. 11 Life Lessons To Use On The Daily
Life’s a funny little thing but along with it comes experience, regrets, memories and a whole lotta life lessons. Here's just some to live by... 1. What's The Worst That Can Happen? It's all about perspective. There’s been times we’ve been running late to the airport and instead of panicking we just tell ourselves if it isn’t meant to be and we miss the plane, we’ll take a look at the board and hop on the next flight out of there. Not every instance will be that dramatic but it’s a relaxing way to live your life.2. Never Regret AnythingRegrets are like a dark cloud hanging over you. You shouldn't regret anything. Why? Because at that exact moment in time, it was exactly what you wanted.3. Accept An Apology You Never Got Not everyone will be on your wave length. Not everyone will have the same morals or attitude to life and that’s okay too. Appreciate everyone’s differences and learn to accept the apology you never got and never will get. It will honestly free you.4. Not Everyone You Lose Is A LossWhether that’s break ups or friendship fall outs, there’s a reason people leave your life. Some people leave your life to allow you to grow - they were part of one or a couple of chapters of your life but not everyone in your life is a long term commitment. And then you have the toxic people in your life that by losing them sets you free and improves the quality of your life and makes you a better person. Everyone has a role to play, even the bad ones.5. There's Always Something To Be Thankful ForAlways, always, always. Whether it’s your health, your partner, your job or simply having a roof over your head - look for the silver lining. Some days will be darker than others, that’s a guarantee but the bright side is always there, just waiting to burst out beneath those clouds.6. Accept What You Can't Change, Change What You Can't AcceptKind of a mind over matter job with this one. You can’t control everything. You can’t control the weather or if your train’s late. You can’t control whether your partner will stay with you and you definitely can’t control the actions of people around you, but what you can control is your reaction to all of the above. Anything you can’t change, accept it - because it’ll drive you mad trying to action something that just simply cannot be actioned. And if you can do something about it, do so. You owe yourself that much.7. Go With Your HeartYour head’s important too of course but life is so short so go with your heart and your gut. In love with them? Tell them. Want to leave your job? Do it. Want to move away? Great. Not happy in your relationship? Get out. Take a risk, follow what you truly want deep down - it’s the best feeling.8. No-one's Responsible For Your Own Happiness Apart From You Only you know what will make you happy. Other people may have an idea but they’ll never fully know you. So your happiness is down to you too. Sometimes thinking about number one is A-OK. It’s no-one else’s responsibility to get you on cloud nine.9. Make Your Own DestinyFate often finds its way into your life but whilst it’s sorting itself out, help it along with making your own destiny. Yep I mean it. Work your butt off, leap out of bed in the morning, be inspired, inspire others around you, radiate happiness, be a good person and grab every opportunity with both hands. Don’t expect things on a plate, serve them up yourself - it’ll be all the more gratifying at the end.10. Karma Always Comes Around Don’t waste time and energy on bad souls in life. Let them wallow in their negativity and don’t take it into your happy life. Karma has your back, believe me. So be a good person and let it work its way. Scheming only works out in Gossip Girl - think of the big K as real life’s version of Blair Waldorf.11. Happiness Can Be Found EverywhereIt’s not in the big movie moments, but in the day to day that you often take for granted. It’s him knowing when you’re faking being okay or leaving you a cute morning message. It’s your friends giving you a hug when you didn’t even realise you needed it or jotting down all of the things you’re grateful for. Copy and paste all of that okay?
