On Tour | Lost Village Festival

Calling all free spirits, we spent our bank holiday weekend deep in the woods and it gave us life! If you don't know about it yet, we forgive ya, Lost Village is a quirky newbie on the festival scene bringing arts and music together in an abandoned woodland in the heart of Lincolnshire. YAS!

Headline artists such as the insanely talented Jack Garratt and reputable DJ Koze  brought together the best in experimental music and did we mention the fantasy role-play and fire displays also on offer? If it sounds like a dream it's probably because we're not sure if we've even woken up yet!

Fatboy Slim set the standard for the rest of the weekend on Friday night as he buzzed the crowd with club-classics including “Right Here, Right Now” and “Praise You”. But, it was the hard-hitting melodies from Mind Against and Mano Le Tough that really got us. If you know, you know - if not, get your Google on ASAP!

What about those vibes though? The Abandoned Chapel and Forgotten Cabin were (slightly) spooky and dramatic spaces to party, whilst mood lighting and tribal sculptures really made the magic happen. With a surprise waiting around every corner, a step into the Lost Village was a step away from your IRL stresses. Can we go back now please?

For those who wanted to chill,  -fired hot tubs by the Lake of Tranquility (yes you read that right)   complete with killer views and champagne were the absolute one. But,  aromatherapy and varied holistic treatments came a close second.

If you're like us and the food situation is a potential deal breaker, we can confirm  that the street food on the menu was also INCRED and in true Brit tradition, you could even have tea and crumpets. Sold?!

Until next time Lost Village, #thewoodsarewaiting
