Have You Caught The Running Bug?

It's that time of year where more people are hitting the streets that hitting the gym and the team at boohoo HQ are getting on the hype! Supporting Teenage Cancer Trust running the Manchester 10k in May, we've been stretching, sprinting and planning our hair washes in unison. Whether it's just for fun or like us it's all about charity, how do you know when the bug has really taken hold?

Time for a self diagnosis (because 2 months of running makes us totally profesh now, right?). Here are the signs to look out for...

In-between weather blues are no more... not too hot, not too cold, perfect running conditions!

You actually bother to do more than one clothes wash a week

Trainers over heels any day!

You check your bank statement and have more outgoings to "sports direct" than "Tesco"

You hear someone mention running and suddenly you're the fountain of all knowledge! "Have you heard of the couch to 5k?" "Did you know (insert superfood here) helps you run faster?"

Forget makeup, your new leaving the house look is bare face and hair scraped back

You'll happily swap your glass of wine on a Friday for a Saturday morning run
