Style Solutions: Stress Free Dresses
So finally the weather is hotting up this weekend and at boohoo CS we’ve been inundated with questions about our gorge collection of summer dresses. One of the easiest and most versatile pieces to wear this season whatever dates you have in the diary.
We’re going to take a look at four trends on the scene that are perfect for every. single. occasion.
The Bardot neckline is back this summer and sassier than ever. A floaty cut and flirty frills make the Marsa dress a boho MUST. Really easy to dress up or down, it works for so many occasions. Printed with a soft swing shape, it's your new go to for festivals and parties this summer. Try it with a face full of glitter or a hair crown and you’re ready for summer slayin.
Cold Shoulder Queens
The cold shoulder is the newest shape on the scene and it’s SO cute. This little denim number is nailing two trends in one. Denim is big news right now, and we’re not just talking jeans, so this dress is fab. The ruffles and lines mean it looks super girly, but style it with a choker, loads of staggered gold necklaces and some chunky flatforms or trainers and a gals good to go.
The choker is back and it’s major. We saw them back in the 90s and again in 2004. But this time the trend is hitting hard and hopefully here to stay. I love a simple choker right now, I think they work so much better than a statement necklace. We’ve got some gorgeous choker dresses - this means less styling time, more sass. The dress I’ve chosen here is the most fab print, and will be great on a night out with some lace up heels and hair up, or for a summer BBQ with some trainers and natural curls.
The barely there strappy slip dress is also making (another) BIG comeback, and will take you right through to winter so a worthy investment piece. Wear it now with loads of accessories and then take it through to the winter with a plain tee and a leather jacket. This unreal dress lands on the website this week; metallics are huge for summer and work for party season too so it comes with zero regrets.
