Xmas Playlist For The Non-Xmassy

By Paige Sims

It's that time of year again where Christmas songs are EVERYWHERE! And although Christmas Day is just around the corner, those who are yet to feel Christmassy need a playlist just for them. So here's some tracks that we hope will slowly glide you into the Christmas spirit...

Little Mix - Love Me Like You

Although this sounds like a Christmas song, it definitely isn't one. Grab your hair brush girls and do your best girl band impression.

Ariana Grande - Winter Things

Winter Things is a cute song by our favourite mini Mariah Carey. With the most powerful voice in pop, Grande makes this song sound so effortless. Can we all do some winter things together?

Gabriella Climi - Warm This Winter

Like Bruno says, winter is coming and whether you like it or not, so is Christmas. Even if you're not wrapping yourself in tinsel just yet, you'll catch yourself singing this throughout the day.

Blink-182 - I Won't Be Home For Christmas

Just when you thought that rock music and Christmas would be a horrific combination, Blink-182 have this brilliant track.

LCD Soundsystem - Christmas Will Break Your Heart

For an indie Christmas, listen to this track by LCD Soundsystem. If you're not a fan of Christmas, nor is James Murphy.

Courtney Barnett - Boxing Day Blues

Not got the festive feels yet? Or broken up with your other half just before Christmas? Barnett sums up the perfect solemn mood with Boxing Day Blues.

The Wombats - Is This Christmas?

Does this sound like your type of Christmas?

Run DMC - Christmas in Hollis

Chuck 'It's Like That' and 'Tricky' into the Christmas party playlist and everyone will love you forever. But don't forget this unforgettable track by Run DMC. If you're a fan of Hip Hop, then this song is for you.

Cyndi Lauper - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Okay so this isn't a Christmas song... BUT it is the ultimate office party track!! Girls Just Wanna Have Fun is always a favourite. Everybody knows this song and shamelessly sings along to it. If someone says they don't know the words... they're lying.
